As we know that security of data, products and traceability is your main concern, Paragon Identification uses a precise plan in the following fields :

• - Access security
• - Fire safety
• - Security of data & intellectual property

Access security

• - Access control 24/7
• - Video surveillance & recording of all the site 24/7 (issues and critical places inside the plant like the Magnetic Ticket production workshop, the Finished Goods store, etc.)
• - The system communicates directly with the switchboard with control screen of all the cameras.
• - Radars on all the buildings equipped by an alarm system connected with the switchboard, the security firm and the local police (500 meters from our site).
• - Detectors placed in those places hat are not linked to the alarm system.

Fire Safety

• - Production workshop and administrative offices equiped by sprinkler system, with private water reserve of 630 m3.
• - Fire extinguishers and emergency exits.
• - A detailed plan is posted in several places in the plant, to show the exact position of the fire extinguishers, the emergency exits and to visualize the evacuation plan, in case of fire.

Manufacturing Security

• - Product security. All the staff have a radio frequency card with different parameters which give the right or not to access controlled workshops.
• - Only few people are abled to enter in closed offices for : goods in and storage / manufacturing of magnetic tickets / storage of finished products.
• - Secure proceedings for visitors not working in the plant (identification papers registration with : name, date, hours of arrival and departure, name of the person in charge).

Surplus Security

• All the surplus of products is systematically destroyed : 2 shredders / 2 compactors
• - 1 receives the scrap from the 2 shredders
• - 1 receives the scrap from the plant vacuum system on the printing presses

Intellectual property

• Paragon Id. acknowledges the intellectual property rights on brands, graphics, samples and drawings present in the manufacturing documents.
• Therefore, Paragon Id. undertakes not to reproduce all or any part of the indicated brands, graphics, models and drawings. More generally, Paragon Id. undertakes not to infringe the intellectual property rights which could otherwise lead to legal action for forgery, unfair competition or parasitical acts and without prejudice of any penal action.

• Paragon Id. undertakes to treat all data bases or files given by its customers with the utmost confidentiality.
